Welcome to Tourism India Alliance (TIA Foundation)

The Tourism India Alliance (TIA) is a prominent not-for-profit initiative launched in August 2023 to unify India's diverse travel and tourism sectors. Operating under the motto "One Nation, One Association," TIA serves as a collaborative platform for stakeholders including tour operators, hoteliers, airlines, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) professionals, wedding planners, tourist transport operators and other stakeholders. This professional collaboration is unlocking new horizons for tourism growth in the country.

Mission: To promote, develop, and sustainably manage the complete Tourism Eco-System in India through professional collaboration.
Vision: To connect travel and tourism stakeholders across 300+ Indian cities under one umbrella, bridging the gap between organised and unorganised sectors.
Commitment: To empower members through education, knowledge sharing, networking and passionate advocacy for industry growth.

Membership & Benefits

TIA offers various membership tiers tailored to different industry roles:

Membership Types:

• Alliance Members:
  A firm or company having an established place of business in India and a valid registration with GST Department, Govt.
  of India as a Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Tourist Transport Operator, Hotel or any other tourism related service provider.
• Corporate Members:
  A firm or company having multiple branches/offices in India and a valid registration with GST Department, Govt.
  of India as a Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Tourist Transport Operator, Hotel or any other tourism related service provider.
• Institutional Members:
  Suitable for Airlines, Chain of Hotels, Tourism Boards, Insurance Companies, Banks etc.
• Overseas Members:
  A firm or company having an established tourism business place anywhere outside India and a valid business registration with the local government as per applicable laws.
• Individual Members:
  Suitable for Professionals from Indian tourism industry. A firm or company having an established business as a Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Tourist Transport Operator, Hotel or any other tourism related service provider in India but exempted for registration under Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, Govt.
  of India can also apply as an Individual member (with undertaking).
